• Storm water management repair and retrofit for a 98 acre regional pond for the existing commercial and industrial development along with offsite residential areas
• Prepared design for repairs to failing spillway pipes, riser structures, and embankment for existing facility requiring MDE Dam Safety and DNR Thermal Impact approvals
• Proposed wet extended detention pond retrofit facility was done in collaboration with Carroll County to achieve current NPDES MS4 requirements for the Liberty Reservoir watershed
• Performed updated hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for meeting current MDE requirements considering existing BMPs and potential future development within the watershed

• Storm water management retrofit for a proposed parking lot expansion on a 10 acre site with an existing warehouse / office building with 112,000 square feet of floor area 
• Prepared design for modifying existing pond to an infiltration basin along with proposed micro-scaled Environmental Site Design practices to provide storm water management meeting MDE and Chesapeake Bay Critical Area requirements

• Storm water management repair for an existing storm water management pond outfall failure resulting in severe slope erosion into an existing stream tributary
• Design repairs included extension of pond spillway pipe with proposed plunge pool outfall protection near existing stream channel
• Prepared remediation plan for slope repairs
