- 7 acre redevelopment site with renovation of existing building for 21,000 square foot Motor Vehicle Administrative facility and 4,400 square feet of retail space
- Site layout design for two driving test coarse areas and parking lot reconfiguration for the shopping center
- Designed underground storm water management systems meeting MDE and City redevelopment requirements
Junior Achievement of Central Maryland Headquarters – Baltimore County
- 3 acre development with a one story 28,800 square feet of floor area for their new headquarters featuring the Youth Workforce and Innovation Center
- Prepared development plan refinements for property lot line adjustment and change of uses needed for the project
Hampstead Wastewater Treatment Facility – Carroll County
- 29 acre redevelopment site for the existing County wastewater treatment facility upgrades which included access driveways, parking, and grading improvements
- Prepared storm water management retrofit design of existing pond to modified sand filter facility per MDE and County requirements
- Performed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for the downstream Piney Run to establish 100-year floodplain limits adjacent to the project redevelopment area
Radebaugh Park– Baltimore County
- 4 acre redevelopment of the existing Radebaugh Florist greenhouses and nursery areas for a County neighborhood park in Towson
- Prepared erosion control design implementing a sediment trap and perimeter open channel to prevent runoff to downstream residential properties
- Processed storm water management wavier with County based on reduction of impervious surfaces and peak discharge runoff from the redeveloped park site
