- Assisted with project rezoning to mixed use designation and prepared associated development plans for subdivision
- Prepared storm water management design incorporating offsite MDE wetland mitigation area to obtain relief from County design requirement
- SHA roadway and signal improvements to Telegraph Road – MD Route 170
Ridge Mixed Use Development – Anne Arundel County
- 43 acre mixed use development site with 210 townhouse units, one multi-story office building, and one story hotel building total 741,000 square feet of floor area
- Assisted with project rezoning to mixed use designation and prepared associated development plans for subdivision
- Prepared storm water management incorporating 60 micro-scaled environmental site design (ESD) practices throughout the development to meet MDE, County, and MAA requirements for BWI Airport
- Designed SHA offsite closed storm drain and open channel rehabilitation improvement to existing failing system within Baltimore Washington Parkway – MD Route 295
Anneslie Shopping Center – Baltimore City
- 9 acre redevelopment site with renovation of existing three story department story to an office and retail building along with an addition for a Panera Bread totaling 180,000 square feet floor of area
- Redesigned parking lot configuration for the development of multiple uses on the proposed site for improved traffic circulation and access to public roadways
- Prepared storm water management variance for impervious surface area reduction
