- 1 acre development site with a 5,500 square foot retail building for a Dunkin Donuts restaurant and drive thru, bank, and nail salon / spa
- Assisted with project signage and parking variance package
Texas Roadhouse Columbia Corporate Park – Howard County
- 7 acre redevelopment site with a 7,500 square foot Texas Roadhouse restaurant within existing office complex
- Prepared redline development plans to incorporate proposed restaurant and storm water redevelopment design meeting current MDE requirements to supplement existing regional pond
Reisterstown Plaza – Baltimore City
- 50 acre redevelopment site with demolition of existing grocery store to construct a proposed Home Depot, Taco Bell/ Kentucky Fried Chicken and Long John Silver/A&W Root Beer
- Prepared design for public storm drain system relocation through the existing shopping center
